Wow! What a week! My girls both have birthdays in July - one on the 18th (she just turned 1) and the other on the 24th (she will be 3 on Tuesday). The almost-3-year-old requested a watermelon party, so I’ve been busy pulling things together for a watermelon theme (of course, yesterday she said she wanted a princess party - I suggested that was a great idea FOR.NEXT.YEAR! :smile: ). I had a lot of fun with the watermelon theme, so I’ll be blogging about that soon - check back here for that later!

I’ve done so much cooking of cakes and cupcakes, that I feel all cooked out, but here’s the plan for the upcoming week: (no one seems to have any “interesting” lunches - all sandwiches and leftovers - so I’m including two of our favorite lunch menus this week.
