My husband left town Thursday afternoon for a backpacking excursion with a boy scout troop. He just thought he was going to be roughing it - I was the one stuck here with all four children (3 of them with colds)! That’s roughing it!

Given the difficulty score I’d give our long weekend (you see, two of the kids were out of school both Thursday and Friday and one was just out on Friday - how convenient :smile: ), I’m really too tired to tell you what we ate this week. We did eat, between the Tae Kwon Do belt test, flu shots, oil change for the van, Halloween tie-dye shirt craft activity, shopping for pumpkins, church Sunday morning, and a scout den meeting in the afternoon, *deep breath* but I’m just too pooped to tell you about it.

Since Laura was sick last week & I thought she was going to bail on us, I never linked the Menu Plan for last week. I think I’ll cheat a little this week and just refer you to what I posted then. You can enjoy THAT post if you missed it last week. Happy eating!
