My weeks have gotten all mixed up with taking a week off and then including our Halloween meal in last week (normally it wouldn’t appear until this week). I’m not sure what we had when, but I’ve pieced this all together to include some new meal ideas and a couple of recipes.

Maybe I’ll have my act back together next week - at least Grandaddy will be back in town so I’ll have at least one night off from cooking! Here’s my patchwork plan:

MONDAY
Lunch - leftover seafood buffet, leftover rice, coleslaw, sliced oranges
Dinner - Hamburger Helper Bacon Cheeseburger, steamed broccoli, and leftover brussel sprouts

TUESDAY
Lunch - cheese quesadillas, southwest chicken & rice soup, chips and salsa
Dinner - sliced ham, macaroni & cheese, frozen French green beans with Almonds, grape tomatoes, crowder peas

WEDNESDAY
Lunch - leftover turkey crock pot recipe, seasoned Italian canned green beans, rice, leftover lima beans (sorry I left off this recipe link last week- I’ve gone back and added it)
Dinner - spaghetti, caesar salad, Texas toast

THURSDAY
Lunch - Ham/Cheese Hot Pockets, Campbell’s Beef and Roasted Barley Chunky soup, apple slices
Dinner - tacos, refried beans, chips & salsa

FRIDAY
Lunch - grilled cheese sandwiches, tomato soup, apple slices (Gala apples were on sale this week, can you tell?)
Dinner - cub scout den meeting - PIZZA!!!

SATURDAY
Lunch - pirate-shaped pasta noodles with frozen corn and peas mixed in, grilled chicken on the Foreman grill, carrots & dip
Dinner - Movie Nite! Fish sticks, fries, popcorn, sliced apple, grape tomatoes

SUNDAY
Lunch - hamburgers on the Foreman grill, chips, pickles, grapes
Dinner - Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Ribs, au gratin potatoes (from a box), canned green beans, frozen corn
